Do you manage a team that would benefit from taking one or more of our courses together? We offer group learning for virtually all of our courses! This works really well for organizations that have multiple shifts, employees in different time zones, or logistical challenges that make in-person training challenging.

So how does group learning work? It’s pretty simple! Purchase the number of “seats” you need for a particular course here. We will then work with you to add individual participants to the roster and set any parameters you need. For example, if you register a team to take our Manager Bootcamp, we will create a timeline by which participants need to complete each module or group of modules. We will also walk you through the community features which are available to your group during the course. You can even schedule periodic virtual sessions for the group with one of Monarch’s trainers. In these virtual sessions, participants can ask questions, engage in interactive exercises or role plays, and gain a more in-depth understanding of the material covered.
